INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (NON US): Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Once an item is shipped, it typically takes 1-3 weeks to arrive, depending on your local carrier. We can ship to PO Boxes. Sadly we are not responsible for any lost or unclaimed packages. Please contact your local post office to inquire where your package may be - sometimes it's held at your local main post office branch for you to pick up.
Unfortunately tracking information is not always available.
Once shipped, International Shipping could take 1-3 weeks to be delivered. However delays can occur in transit, so it's possible to take up to 5-7 weeks for an order to be delivered. Unfortunately, tracking information isn't always available for International Shipping. The shipping times given are estimates and not guaranteed.
Many international countries apply additional duties and taxes on imported packages. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay any local, import, customs, or handling fees that their country charges. Sadly it’s something we legally can’t avoid, and is out of my control. Please contact your local customs office for more information. Thanks for your understanding!
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We are not accepting refunds or exchanges at this time.
It cannot be guaranteed that colors on the website will be true to life. This depends partly on the color settings of your computer and monitor.
If you receive an incorrect order, you must tell us within 1 week of receipt so we can help correct the situation.
Jesse Aclin Shop is not responsible for any items that are lost, stolen or damaged during shipping. We cannot refund items that are lost or damaged during shipping, but we will be more than happy to send a replacement. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at email@example.com within 30 days and let us know if you would like a replacement or an exchange for another item. Shipping is non-refundable and customer pays return shipping. Please send your item back to us at Jesse Aclin, 1700 Golden Gate Ave. Los Angeles, CA 90036. Once your item has been approved for a replacement or exchange, we will send your exchange or replacement item back to you.
Due to the small nature of our company, we cannot be lenient about our refunds and exchange policies. Thank you for understanding.
